Our inital meeting(s) will help us determine your specific wants and needs so we can match your goals with a solution that works, while keeping your Advertising and Marketing needs in mind. Especially with website design projects. These meetings are done in person, by phone, and/or by email.

This phase is where we present our findings to you in written or email form for your approval. The web site design downpayment is also handled at this phase, with the final payment coming at the end of the project, and we make this affordable. Like most design firms today we do require this commitment from you at the beginning of the project in good faith. Please keep in mind: No project goes "live" until you are happy with the results.

This phase is where (with your help) we find examples you like and why and we take that in consideration when developing your project. This phase can take a few days or several weeks depending upon the content and scope of the project.

The most exciting phase certainly is the release of the project to you. In most cases changes are free for the first 30 days (usually for website design, check the proposal) and we are always available via phone or email for training and support if needed. We also follow up with you at intervals during the year to monitor the projects "success".
